This is an example of a job where we did some Structure Cabling. As you can see the workers took pride in the job, and ran the wires neatly and away from any electrical wires. Structure Cabling is a term that simply means the low-voltage wires in your house that are ran to a centralized distribution panel. In the above case that consists of alarm, phone, data, TV, satellite, and cameras. Running wire in a neat fashion is crucial in most low-voltage applications. By running wires parallel to high-voltage wires, the risk of interference greatly increases.

Take a look at the centralized panels. In this instance we put the panels in a garage next to the electrical panel. This was a rather large job so we decided to use two panels, one for the security system, and another for the rest of the low-voltage wires.

An example of a cover plate where we installed a full drop (2-cat5e cables, and 2-RG6Q cables). This is useful at any work station where you may want a TV, a phone, computer networking, and high speed internet.
